Golam Murshed is currently deputed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Managing Director (MD) of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited. He was appointed as an assistant engineer for the company in the year 2010. Through his constant efforts, he made himself stand out and got deputed to the position of Assistant Managing Director (AMD). Recently, in 2020, on 8th October, he was promoted to the designation of Managing Director (MD) and the lead manufacturer of electronics in Bangladesh. Additionally, he was responsible for the manufacturing of refrigeration appliances, and later on, promoted to the CEO of the Refrigerator Division of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited.

The man is prominent for his strategies and approach towards operating the company, being just a 30-year-old. He is a mechanical engineer graduate from the International University of Technology (IUT). Being a young entrepreneur, he has continually tried to involve new projects in the company and tried to modernize the product manufacturing, to produce better and advanced appliances.

Mr. Murshed was the son of Md. Monirul Islam, who has been a notable core member of the Chapainawabganj Press Club. They were residents of Chapainawabganj, and Mr. Morshed came from wealthy family background.

He did not let the unprecedented year-long pandemic stop him from making the company grow. The pandemic had caused an industrial revolution, and surviving through these changes is not anyone’s cup of tea. Mr. Murshed saw the befalling difficulties as challenges he has to overcome, and that is exactly what he has been doing constantly. He is a 29-year old entrepreneur who made education easier for students who are unable to spend the extra cash behind their studies. His online platform is completely free of cost, and this startup has led him to be included in the reputable ‘Forbes 30 under 30’ list.

His platform has obtained several global recognitions such as the Oscars of ICT, and The GLOMO Award in Mobile Congress.

Ayman himself has also received several awards like ‘The Queen’s Leader Award 2018’ for creating the platform that allowed access to high standards of education to millions of students around Bangladesh.

Fahim Ahmed was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in Pathao, in the year 2018. He has been designated as the Managing Director (MD) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the popular ride-sharing app Pathao, since the middle of 2020. He now replaced Hussain Elius, the former co-founder of Pathao.

It has not been that long, since he has been the CEO of the digital platform. Fahim has been accountable for supervising the daily operations, and for implementing several plans of action to keep up with the escalating demand for services offered by these digital platforms, especially in times of need, for example – the Covid-19 pandemic.

Minhaj Chowdhury is the CEO and one of the co-founders of the largest technological end-to-end water supply platform in South Asia, known as Drinkwell.  The social venture envisions providing a clean drinking water supply to the millions of people residing in Bangladesh and India. This is because the existing water supply is tainted due to pollutants like iron, fluoride, and arsenic.
Drinkwell provides a technological model in the form of the world’s largest piped contamination removal system that can be operated by local people. Through this, the company is creating employment opportunities as well. In 2015, he was enlisted in the ‘Forbes 30 under 30’ list.

Even though he is a university dropout – a taboo subject in Asian culture, Shams Jaber has managed to create one of the fastest-growing digital and educational startups. He is the CEO of The Tech Academy is an alternative educational platform that teaches young learners coding, mechatronics, engineering, and robotics very easily.

The organization manages events for children and their families and helps local schools to inaugurate libraries for enhanced learning opportunities. Light of Hope has also come up with brilliant solutions to run solar-operated classrooms in rural areas to ensure high efficiency and low costing.

In an interview, he also mentioned his devotion towards work by saying that he wants to be a writer of children’s books and a movie director who creates movies in genres like comedy and war.

Filament is currently known as MUSPANA, since 2008. His innovation – Muspana Sabuj Chula, the clean cooking stove, was remarkable and won GACC and UN Foundation Spark Fund. The company has continually innovated new electrical devices and biomedical supplies. In the year 2009, they began the production of various solar-operated appliances like batteries, chargers, and inverters.
